The colourist didn't listen to me at all and was defensive and quite rude about listening to me - I was trying to explain that I hate an ash finish but I need some ash in the colour mix to offset the gold - I had just gotten my hair back to good condition after lockdowns and didn't want toner. My last 2 salons didn't use toner and got a perfect result without damaging my hair. After using 3 Degrees salon I ended up completely ash, which I absolutely hate, and it is completely fried again. The toner was on for ages and I honestly didn't see the colourist check on me even once after applying the foils. Very very unhappy because i wasn't listened to."
