"Very friendly pharmacists but the same cannot be said for one particular teller. I find her abrupt, cold and unempathetic. I couldn't speak loudly as I was ill and she seemed annoyed, rude and looked at me as though she'd never experienced the likes of me before. Certainly not suited behind a pharmacy counter. Rather go to the approachable staff at the other end of the village."
