"Called to enquire about the availability of medication that I need asap to treat Covid. They said they have in stock. My GP sent the prescription in. I sent a friend over to collect it, but he was sent home empty handed, as apparently the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock & have to order it in. Why lie about it???"

A seating area if you're waiting for your prescription, especially for the elderly. I am a customer there for 5 years. Would highly recommend this pharmacy."

"I believe an older man named Joseph kept an eye on me as I walked in. He was rude. When I tried to chat with him about things I might be interested in, he just walked away. The man was incompetent in processing my payment and tried to make it seem like my money was no good there. I felt unwelcome. The pharmacy itself was nice on the outside. It's right on the Ring of Kerry. The younger staff was pleasant from my brief encounter with them fixing Joseph's handling of my transaction."
