"From the moment I first spoke to Ruth it was clear that she was as special as her unique space. She genuinely exudes her love for the environment and her animals, it shows in how the buildings have been incorporated into the land. We arrived after dark and she walked us down to the cozy cabin where the lights welcomed us to a warm space. We were offered options for breakfast in the morning while we stood outside chatting under a full moon surrounded by beautiful peaceful silence. Tastefully decorated the cabins are self contained with an ensuite bathroom, all sparkling with big windows that came into their own when we woke up to bird song the next morning. Surrounded by plentiful hiking space, cycling routes, the sea not far off and of course more nature everywhere, we will be back with our bicycles soon. This is really special."

"If I could give it more stars I would. It is a gem of a location and the owner herself is part of the charm. It's lovely to meet someone who cares and genuinely wants to give you great break. Her Breakfast is amazing all fresh and just what you need no matter the weather. We have been for a stay in sunshine and rain and neither fail to provide just what we needed. We can't wait to come back for visit again"

"A really special place, stunning views, silence and privacy, a real fusion with nature. The sound of the wind, the rustle of rain and trees. Stunning stars at night! Deer often run out of the forest, and when it gets dark, a whole herd can come out to graze on the field. The cabin itself is small, cozy and very warm, with a neat clean bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. There is a small gas stove outside, you can cook food and boil a kettle, you have all necessary kitchenware. Every morning we got a basket with different food to make a delicious breakfast with our own hands - freshly baked bread, eggs (raw - you can fry or boil), milk, tea, coffee, juice, sugar, salt and pepper, butter, jams, berries, yoghurt, smoked salmon with cottage cheese. I was so surprised when oneday I found a bottle of dough and a frying pan in the basket accompanied by chocolate sauce and fresh berries, so that we could make the pancakes ourselves. I was literary over the moon! Making pancakes in the open air, listening to the sounds of the forest and enjoying the dazzling rays of the dawn sun. Very romantic and just cool! Host created a truly unique balance between modern conveniences and Nature. You feel so comfortable living in the house but at the same time close to wild life as if you are a part of it. And Ruth is such a wonderful person, friendly and attentive ^^ Incredible experience and most pleasant memories, thank you!!"

"What an exceptional place. Ruth is a tremendous host - warm, attentive but not intrusive and a great laugh! The pods are really comfortable, clean and warm. Plenty of space for a couple. Solid mobile internet signal too. Bring a few bottles of wine and just sit there staring off into space with music (not too loud) or a podcast playing. Some really tasty treats for breakfast too and enough equipment to cook a meal. We hope to return soon."
