"The staff here are very talented and friendly. Since I discovered Puerto Banus nails, I can’t go anywhere else. The quality is amazing and I usually get 3 weeks out of my gel nails. The customer service is second to none. Would highly recommend."

"An unfortunate experience, it was like the treatments I booked were 'putting out' the nail technician, which she showed by rolling her eyes and sighs, and shaking her head - such a major inconvenience of doing my nails and why it would be difficult - so disappointed instead of this feeling like a nice treat. Also got quite a bit of attitude from her I felt so uncomfortable I said if its such an issue I will leave and go elsewhere to get the treatments. I need to check my bank account to see if they took full payment, as after I walked out I got an email notification saying I was a no show and that I may need to pay 100% of the treatment. Really poor."
