"appalling service. went back when I was not happy with my hair but got nowhere was quoted a price of 180 for half head and cut yet it was up on their website half head 62 for short hair and 53 for cut. where did the 180 come from. my personal experience was very disappointing. it i could give less than one star i would. I was told my appointment would be three weeks when i went to book i was holding ten minutes to be told they will ring me back. never returned the call."

"Spent 300 euros to lighten my hair color but I ended up with red roots and they just let me go home. I had to call them back to fix the mess, I'm not going to even start on how they tried to fix that...then the square hairstyle that I’ve asked was not straight!! The girl just cut my hair with no technic! Im never putting my foot again in this salon. Looks fancy but they clearly dont know how to get the job done, ridiculous!"
