"Order for 2 years every week at that place. For once I’m at a friend’s place, I order in the app at my friend’s address. They deliver to my place instead. I call them because I assume there is a system issue. I spend 10 minutes re-explaining the issue to multiple people, even offering to send a screenshot to prove what happened. They decline to receive any screenshot, they say they just don’t care and hang up on me. That’s customer service ^^^"
"My kids love it here and it was my first visit. The burger was really, tasty and the chips are proper, chipper chips. Meals are good value and the staff are friendly and helpful."
"Don't order delivery from here. Their deliveries are terrible. They use their own drivers. At best they take much longer than scheduled. My worst experience though is that the food never arrived, they claimed that they delivered it (twice) so Deliveroo wouldn't process a refund and it took me about 3 hours to get it sorted out and get the €28 back. I think if most restaurants put a customer through that nonsense they would have offered some sort of offer of amends."
"In 2018 I was living in cork to study english and I had the plesure to know this place. They have the best kebab that I ever tried and everybody there were really nice with me. I miss this kebab so much and I hope one day come back and eat it again"
