"Awful experience. Be warned - not always a friendly welcome. I walked in off the street and politely asked the owner was there any chance of getting a blow dry. The response was simply, “No” I couldn’t understand why such ignorance and thought maybe she thought i was foreign or something, and i said “I am not a tourist”. She did not respond so i walked outside. I should have realised what i was dealing with, but unfortunately i returned and asked if i could get an appointment time. The owner said she would have nothing until next week so, in a bit of shock, i responded, “Fine I will take it.” No response that, “fine, let’s set up appointment”, but rather, to my embarrassment in front of staff and several customers, she said “come out of my salon” ushering me pointing scissors and brush towards the door, basically escorting me out to the street because she couldn’t be pleasant in her premises. Very traumatising!!"
