"I went in for a facial after looking in the mirror and thinking, I have to do something! It was the most wonderful experience. I particularly loved the personalised treatment plan that the beautician, a fantastic person, and highly professional, devised and explained, and that I also love, love, love that all the products are vegan and not tested on animals. A big win for me and I've booked myself in for another session next month (and might sneak in to get a manicure in the interim, because it's the first time in my life I've felt like I'm worth looking after!)"
