"I’m very disappointed with the order is nothing like it’s shows In the pic and the funny thing is that you can’t return personalised order . It looks like a bin bag is nothing like in the pic , you can’t gift it something like that . I wish I could upload a pic , also the other took more then 10 days to arrive. Just a bad choice that’s way I don’t like to buy online is all a lie ."

"We ordered two XXL bean bag … Spend £170 … guess what? The bags comes in 4 boxes, all separate, cover , filling … I know it’s a large item but literally you need to put a bean bag together your self… the products seems ok but it’s feel very cheap … not sure how you guys but I’ll not spend any more of my money in this shop… quite disappointed"

"The quality of the fur is really cheap nothing like the photos. The product is extortionately expensive for the quality. Be mindful I read all the reviews prior to purchasing so that leads me to believe the company have staged their reviews. I wouldn’t buy from them again. To top it off when I emailed Kayleigh with my concerns and photos she came back saying there is nothing wrong with the product and told me to comb out the fur that had been sown inwards. The experience of small baby world has been an expensive disappointing disaster! I feel this is a misrepresentation of item for sale. Sally Davies"

"To be fair, I have nothing but praise for this company, I note recent reviews are from Black Friday period, Small baby World had quite a busy period, all products are hand made, so created an obvious delay. My order took about 18 days, but i understood that there would be a delay in this busy period. people need to chill, and except, quality like these hand made products, takes time, especially in busy periods. Very happy with my items, pure quality, and hand made in the UK. Yes Chinese mass produced junk, may well arrive quicker... But the quality of Small baby World wont be beaten."
