"Ordered 10 pkts of metal scourers 10 it states dispatched is 2 - 5 days, however I needed them urgently so I paid £ 5. 99 extra for a next day service, ,I rang at 4.pm the next day and they said they didn't leave as they did not have them in stock and the next day service is when once they come into stock, they should make that clearer when ordering"

And during the COVID19 crisis, they were a great support in getting face masks and hand sanitizing gel (even while under stress from the huge amount of orders at the time!). And I noticed: Their prices did not go higher, when the crisis started! That's integrity and loyalty to their costumers instead of the greedy over pricing we saw so many other places! Special praise for manager David and employee Tanya. They're great!"
