"We had our 12 year old dog Beauty groomed here for the first time. It was a lovely, spacious area where she could roam, and also had no crates or cages! Jacqui was so welcoming and calm around Beauty which made her feel comfortable straight away. With Beauty being an old dog, she is beginning to struggle to stand for long times on her back legs, Jacqui acted on this and did her back end first so she could have a sit down and enjoy the rest of the groom! Overall the cut is gorgeous, the service was fantastic and all round experience was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pamper for their pooch!"
