"Nothing wrong with the store but marked down for the utter disaster that is the car park! A busy Saturday and it’s a nightmare trying to manoeuvre round. Tempers are fraying, cars beeping, narrow turns. Not worth the hassle!"
"It’s a lovely store and I certainly got what I wanted today. But I’ve had to wait behind a couple of hundred cars in the car park to get out because it’s football match day. They haven’t spent one penny in any of these stores, but they use the car park whilst watching football. You need to do something about this"

The clothing section for women is predominantly jeans and sweaters - don’t bother trying to get something nice for Christmas as all the nice glitzy stuff is only available in a size 14 and up. And the food section has been out of pizzas for the last two days. There’s an air of desperation in the store. Don’t waste your time. Get the basics"
"Standard M & S branch on multiple floors. Plenty of choice and well worth waiting for the sales. Unfortunately they no longer sell the skin care formula I used to use."
