"Had my clock for over 6 months, didn't fix, gave a lot of excuses. Final words on leaving was "when I get the spare springs I'll give you a ring". 12 months later and no phone call. He said he had cleaned it yet there where cobwebs inside. Left the wind up key inside, they said we had not and I could pay £17 for a new one ( £2.99 on Amazon).. Took too a shop in Bridlington, they clean and serviced said it didn't need any springs changing."

Joe helped me find the perfect ring, he was patient (I think I tried on half of all the beautiful rings!) and very knowledgeable. He sized my ring and had it ready by the end of the day.
