We have had hot water problems with our combi-boiler since it was installed about 5 or 6 years ago, and Dean is the first engineer who took the trouble to identify the root of the problem and sort it out properly (including an additional visit over the weekend to double-check everything). Will definitely use him again if and when necessary, and happy to highly recommend him."
