"If you would like a deep stratch in the case of your laptop then send it here, and if that's not enough, when you ask how it happened they point you to the waver you signed to say it may occur cosmetic damage during repair...and to round it off the issue they charged me for has reoccured 2wks later...steer clear!!!"
