"YMCA Hanley are a top rated organisation who do some amazing work. We use their conferencing facilities and always get a warm welcome, great service and nice food. There is free WiFi, projection facilities and full use of a dedicated kitchen in the Sky room. The Sky Room also gives wonderful 360 degree views and has outdoor space. Communication within the organisation is outstanding - when you go, everyone knows who you are and why you're there...including the residents. No hesitation in recommending."
