"Only stayed one night. Staff and the manager was very kind and welcoming. Located on a retail park with plenty of eateries and a bus service into the center. Very enjoyable stay!!"

"The room was dirty and the smell was dreadful. We had our pet, so a ground floor room, but the carpet was wet and strained from a previous pet. Not fit to be used. The cost of a pet stay is much higher than other chains, so you expect the hygiene to be much higher. This hotel needs a revamp and a breakfast bar. The location is conveniently near the motorway and easy access to the town. The only redeeming feature is the staff who are most helpful at all times."
