"Have been good in the past but most recent time using these services have not gone well. An item was returned broken and some of their toys weren’t given back which I didn’t notice until I had travelled all the way back home , my pets were acting very anxious and scared once I got them home and it seems like they weren’t given enough food as they would not stop eating until the bowl was empty. All of these behaviours are out the ordinary as they are quite content animals. Sadly will not be using again due to all this."
"First time I have put any of my pets in kennels...my 8 month old Shar PEI Millie. Wen I dropped her off I seen it was a nice looking place, clean and friendly staff working ther. I picked Millie up after 2 days and she looked happy as ever. I will b using windy next time for sure"
