"Really not happy, they choose profit over the heath and wellbeing of pets, my dog needs a Cyntopoint injection every 4 week, the price has doubled to over £150, so I found some online for £75 but I need a prescription and they refuse to give me prescription so my dog is now suffering as I cannot afford £150 evey 4 weeks, to the point where I am considering putting him down"
