"Worst takeaway in Newcastle. Ordered at 18:50 on a Monday, it took an hour and a half to arrive! Called multiple times to chase the order and got told the driver is lost… we live on a main road. Food arrives finally and the food is cold, and the burger is still pink inside and inedible. We will be reporting this to the food standards agency."
