"Staff don’t know how to use a PAT testing machine. Telling me as a qualified PAT Tester my new equipment I was selling has failed but they was selecting the wrong test. Anyone can press a button that says “TEST”, if you know how to use the machine and select the correct one in the first place. I think your staff urgently need a PAT testing course…"
