"This place is a joke . Disgusting service. Cannot get an appointment now for over a week with a serious condition. How is this place even open . Been to wak in clinic they said I need urgent blood tests. What the hell are you meant to do. Sat on phone now another hour in a queue."

"Absolutely terrible, can never get through on the phone, can't get an appointment, I've been with the practice over 2 years and have never even met my doctor. Picture of the last phone call to them to try and sort my prescription, almost 3 hours and no answer. Should be ashamed."
"I'm sorry but iv been a patient at this surgery for many years and iv seen it slowly deteriorate. The doctors are spreading themselves very thinly across different surgeries. You see a doctor for an illness do a number of tests. Six times I repeated a water test and each time had abnormal cells in it. Trying to get an appointment to see the doctor who was treating me and there's no appointments left this is at 10 past 8 in the morning or the doctor is on holiday. After a month and half I'm still trying to see this doctor still with no luck."
"The service in this place is disgusting. 0 stars. No interest in patient welfare by the doctors, and the arrogance and rudeness they show instead of being helpful in diagnosis is shocking. Error after error, and then not taking complaints seriously and taking days to get back to you or not ringing you back at all, I don't know how they are allowed to operate as a GP surgery. I am taking my complaints further to the health ombudsman and looking into legal action for medical negligence."
