"I did previously have a good review for this place. The reason why now I have a given a 1 star would give 0 if I could. I sold a gold necklace which I had brought from them they claimed it was 22ct but I found out it was 21.21ct, I am so disgusted that they lied to me. Aneel always told me that they had the purest and it was 22ct. I honestly thought they were very nice people I was probably one of the most regular customers and I haven't gone in a year now. But the reason why I stopped going there is because I left £100 deposit for a bracelet and I changed my mind and asked for the deposit back, Aneel originally said that's fine he will give it back but then other customers came in and he served them so his wife served me she goes its non-refundable and her son Akshay heard this and he spoke in their language and I could understand he said that's not true. And I never got my deposit back, not once did anyone tell me deposits are non-refundable otherwise I would not have left deposits. Stay away from here there are many shops out there you never know what is hallmarked or not."

"Bought a faulty ring from here. Diamonds kept coming out. Asked for a full refund , took 6-7 weeks to give me a PARTIAL refund back! They stole the rest to up keep their lifestyle. I thought I was a valued customer but that clearly doesn’t matter. Bad customer service full of excuses and false promises. Will never send anyone here or spend another penny here."
