"Company is generally helpful but the last quote that they got for me was very expensive; I got much cheaper cover with a very reputable company (LV=) myself so I have now gone direct to them. Also, I consider that County Groups service charge ('document charge') of £50 on that quote of a few hundred £ was extortionate. I think they will lose a lot of customers if they continue with such an expensive service charge."
