"They Keep sending me auto renawal emails saying it will auto renew , ive rang twice to cancel this, but i still dont trust them. Ive also asked for my proof of no claims bonus four times now , and i still havnt received it . Very Poor communication, customer services are rubbish they dont want to know and dont do what the customer asks. Keep away."
"Be very wary of this unscrupulous company, they will do whatever they can to add on charges. Autonet also put you on a automatic renew policy, so if you forget to cancel when it's time, they auto renew at whatever the cost is, I got a letter one day before they done the auto renew, telling me. this shows its a tactic to catch people out. also got charged an administration fee of £125 for the privlage. so even if you can find cheaper insurance it's to late to cancel, and not worth cancelling as now there are charges to cancel. I would stay well clear, I would even pay extra to avoid, because they might be cheaper but they will find a roundabout way of making you pay more over the time of the policy."
"I got my renewal notice through, they said I had asked for auto renewal, I definitely had not. Same car, same house, same mileage, the renewal was an extra £250!! Total rip off! I got insurance elsewhere for £200! I told them I didn't want to auto renew but they still renewed it, I had emails from their credit broker saying they'd set up a new credit agreement without my permission. Very stressful trying to sort it out. Avoid them!"
"Had a non fault accident, rang them straight away with details, told me to not to talk to other insurance company. After a few weeks of calls from companies that wouldn't give me their names,and no answer from my insurance and losing lots of work and money I had to to ring other person's insurance who write my car off and did not pay enough. I still lost around £7,000. Was a good company at one time and I used to recommend them but now tell everyone to stay away."
