"On multiple occasions Jane Brooks Law have had breaches in security when it comes to the handling of personal and financial data, they have lost bank statements sent to them, sent cheques intended for other clients to myself, as well as sending purchase and sale completion paperwork to the wrong address. Failure to give satisfactory responses to why these breaches have occurred. Company has an extremely lax attitude to data protection would not recommend even if these breaches had not taken place. They are slow to respond to correspondence and constantly need chasing to get progress reports. Do not waste your time or money with this company."
