"Annabel has be looking after 19 Lower Green Road in St Helens for the past 4 years and she is amazing! Nothing is to much trouble, any problems or queries are solved quickly and efficiently. We stay at 19 LGR every month or so, it really is a lovely spacious house, 5 minutes walk down to the sea and HBHolidayslettings make it a pleasure every time. Thank you."
"The week we stayed at Seapoint beach house was wild, very windy and it probably rained very hard every day… However, we still had such a beautiful and peaceful stay. We had had to change our weeks holiday due to us both being quite ill with Covid… Annabel (HB Holiday Lettings) rearranged all the changes for us and was efficient, easy to communicate with and very kind. We loved the location.. The beach seemed fairly remote with our own private path leading directly onto the beach. It was a lovely safe pebbly beach for our dogs, Sooty and Sweep who also really enjoyed their holiday. The cottage was perfect and well equipped ( although the bath and bathroom was quite small…but fine for us). There were beach views from the main bedroom and all the rooms at the front. We had a magical and peaceful time and will definitely be back. Maybe without the torrential rains!"
