"Was told by a staff member they had swapped our booking over after accidentally booking the wrong time, only to find out it had not been swapped and our booking was given to someone else. Even though the staff member said it was available and she would swap it"

"We had our engagement do at this amazing venue. We'll start with the wonderful staff who instantly made us feel welcome! They offered to help us get the room ready for the night which was a huge help! This venue is such a modern, large space, with did I mention amazing staff? We paid for their food (buffet) which was amazing! Everyone at the party loved it! On our return we was amazed by the night setting of our engagement 'do'!. The lights, the room was such an amazing space. When our guests turned up the amount of compliments we had on the room was crazy!. Everyone danced the night away and I have to say our engagement 'do' is still talked about to this day. What an amazing night! Any future parties we will be sure to book active+. And we recommend to anyone!! Big shout outs to the staff again!"

"Went here last night for a surprise birthday party. The staff are really friendly and helped us set up the tables with decorations. They put out the buffet when it arrived. Really friendly the whole night, can't do enough for you"

"Nice place to have parties where all ages can enjoy..adults can have parties in one of the function rooms (mini bar inside) while kiddos and (feeling kiddos) will be busy having fun inside their play area (little monkeys). They also have an indoor court wherein anyone can play various sports like hockey,football,etc. P.s. Make sure to wear socks so you can play."
