She came for a meet and greet before hand and then took Frank for 30 minute walks ever day for a week. She was incredibly prompt and reliable and her mannerisms with Frank were fantastic. I really appreciated the fact she sent daily photos and a message to let me know how he was, especially when this was the first time he had been left for a while due to the lockdowns. I will definitely be using Philippa again as she has developed a lovely relationship with Frank and her services are so professional and great value for money. Thank you ☺️!!"
