"Extremely rude receptionist, very aggressive manner! She told me they were running six months behind with annual jabs, when I questioned if this was safe for the animals she became very angry and obstructive! The receptionist informed me that this was because they didn’t have any vets but they were recruiting two vets soon! Extremely disappointed with this service."
"Had to wait days for an emergency appointment when my dog hurt his paw, by the time I got an appointment he had a infection and ended up on antibiotics, they Have a lack of vets. When my dog was due his jabs in Aug 2022 I was told there was a six month backlog for dogs annual vaccinations! Due to this i haved moved to another vets practice."
