"Armstrong's is a great venue for any occasion. We rented out Armstrong's for a kids birthday party and Sally-Anne who runs the place couldn't have done more for us, very accomodating and attentive to our needs. Our kids entertainment didn't turn up but Sally-Anne really pulled it out of the bag and we cannot thank her enough. The venue itself is geared up to cater for the masses, and even if (like us) you are there for a kids party there was a full bar service on offer serving alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and snacks, tea and coffee. The facilities are very well maintained and a credit to the owners."
"Very good local person-centred family oriented members club. All the values of an old fashioned social club. Great variety of entertainment all the way through the week and good friendly staff. Draft beer prices easily amongst the best in the town."
