"The staff here were all amazing, especially Dolly, she made our night! The service at the bar was swift and the prices very affordable. The venue was great with ample seating inside and outside. The music was fantastic and the venue was very inclusive. Previous reviews suggest door staff were improper but they were pleasant and professional from what we witnessed, robustly removing an individual who started a fight, removing them in a fair and appropriate manner. They could also have a laugh too which was great! I would definately return to this venue :)"
"I do NOT recommend this place, dont get me wrong the bar staff are brilliant, licensee NO, door supervisor absolutely NOT, your job is to de-escalate situations not contribute to them, you should NOT be wearing a badge, you lost control and this should NEVER happen 8regardless!! you should be ashamed of yourself and you give all of us genuine licensee & door supervisors a bad name. I Will be getting in touch with the relevant agencies and getting both your licenses REVOKED, DISGUSTING behaviour."
"Me and some friends where there last night service was good atmosphere was good however the way the door staff deals with problem isn’t great and scared me I won’t be going back I don’t feel safe now the bar staff should have intervened there was absolutely no reason to act like that towards someone’s saviour."
"I Watch the door staff attack someone tonight who only helped A girl who fell over to her feet I saw it all she tripped he helped her up next thing they aggressively threw him out what sort of establishment attacks someone for helping someone to their feet I saw it all very poor I applaud you all to not go there be careful if this is how they treat helpful people"
