"I find it very convenient to collect online orders from Boots from this shop as it saves having to travel into town, however, I did not appreciate being shouted at by the shop assistant last Saturday morning “to wait outside”(young woman with long dark hair) after I walked into the shop, unaware that they had implemented a “3 customers at a time” rule, presumably linked to the latest lockdown situation. I think much is made of anecdotes of rude customers in these trying times, however shop workers are not always particularly polite or friendly either!"
