"Used this chemist for many years. Never had any problems. In fact always been amazing. They always have my meds there when requested which I thank them for... However the last few months I have become irrated by the fact they read out loud the prescriptions Inside the bag...where is data protection? Do I really want my neighbours and strangers knowing what meds I am on. A bit of dignity given to the patient will go a long way. We are people with feelings."

"I must say on reading reviews of this chemist I am surprised. I have been using them for 10+ years for my regular prescription. I can only take one medication as I have a problem taking others and have been on it for 23 years. The medication I take has been taken over by a few companies and almagated. They know this and order my brand for me everytime. I would honestly say they go out of their way and are always helpful and courteous. I have just had another issue with medication and once again they have sourced me some and kept me informed of the situation. If they are concerned about the supply they let me know before my direct medication is electronically sent, in case I need to find an alternative source. This has not happened yet as they are so efficient."

"AVOID THIS PHARMACY Incompetent staff that aren't even willing to give you a smile. Let alone go out their way to do literally anything that involves serving or helping you. Like watching paint dry, I ring in to have them set up my prescription before I go as they take so long. Even with taking this precaution I can still be stood waiting 10-15 minutes for my prescription. You just stand watching them do anything but sort out your medication. This is all whilst nobody else is in the shop...no queue. I'm under the impression they like the "power" of being able to make people wait and they purposely take as long as humanly possible to spite the customers...all whilst being as miserable and as rude as humanly possible. Needs restaffing."

"Staff there are incredibly slow, half the time you go in and they’re just chatting to each other. I’ll have a prescription literally with having rang them prior to collection with nothing to sign and I’ll have been waiting 10-15 minutes for them to pass me it. It’s not like they’re all busy because there’s always a let’s say, a voluptuous lady at the back constantly picking her nails not actually doing anything. You’ll also get someone else on the computer ignoring you and as far as I’m concerned, a customer at the desk is more of a priority. I’ve even asked for certain medication over the counter and they’ve not known what it is...rubbish service. There’s only one member of staff there that’s helpful and it’s the (I think Polish) lady with dark hair that’s very petite. All in all: Awful service and they all need a slap on the back of their heads and do their job. Not all act like their coming out of anaethesia. Poor service, need to get their act together."
