"My baby was very ill with croup and unfortunately asda pharmacy didn’t have the prescription I needed however Lisa Thetford went above and beyond even though she wasn’t assisting me I cannot thank this lady enough needless to say she got a pharmacy with what we needed and my baby made a full recovery thank you so much ❤️"

"Never have scripts ready for collection any more, then out of stocks even knowing it a repeat. Getting poorer really."

"Despite there being a queue of customers as it was around lunchtime, the lady with dark short hair managed to attend to all the other customers while also trying to do everything she could to find out how to get my dad's repeat prescription released. When we came to the conclusion that she won't be able to because she doesn't have the correct authorisation, she took a note to get her manager to authorise it the next morning and to also give me a call to let me know whether that was successful. I later found out the GP had sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, so no wonder she wasn't able to release the prescription, but regardless, she did everything she could to help me that day and made it her mission to get my dad's medication to me, even though it wasn't urgently needed."

"Very rude staff at pharmacy on hessle road lots of badges hanging on chest how brilliant customers service they do and employee of the year how come ! No smile on faces , no helo , when I wanted only ask if they sell something from they counter they ask you to wait in the queue for 30min can you believe it , to say they dont sell , dont you even ask for minor ailments you have right to use the service but they will refuse to do it and tell you to buy , and even put item on till and say its only £2.50 and you save time waiting for me to do it?! can you imagine ! 3 times in row happened to me , where gp advised me to get from pharmacy on free services . All badges should be taken of they chest and they should have a proper training about customer services , queues long and two people deal with one person and have even time to chat about and lough - joke, people complain about Boots when they would never act like that i rather now go extra mile then use service at that pharmacy . Lazy Lazy Lazy , i gave them so many chances thinking maybe they had bad day or something ,,, but after so many repeated sytuations with them i relised that its not the one off sytuations its just them and they always act like that . Shocking ."

"Very hit and miss at this Pharmacy. Pharmacist gives the impression of looking down his nose at you. On one visit when I went in to collect a prescription I was told I had already collected it (when I hadn't) i was then told again I had collected it- after going into the back area it was found nearly ten minutes, it transpired that someone had changed where they kept medicines for Collection. Bag was just handed over without any dialogue or apology for the accusation. Staff wise, they have some lovely staff, two have been ever so helpful, and really are fantastic when helping customers, the exception being an older grey haired lady who really shouldn't be serving customers with her scowl and manners. She was very pleasant serving a young mother and her baby who were before me. She asked the baby for a smile and the baby just looked at her with a non-plussed expression. Having been served by this assistant on previous occasions, I was tempted to use her "am I going to get a smile?" but then thought I would get the same expression that the baby gave her! I will also point out that you will be served when they ordain to serve you, many times I have seen them ignoring customers despite having a clear view of the counter. There is no bell and as they ignore you, unless you shout over the perspex screens prepare for a wait. Also, they seem unaware that their conversations about customers/ patients can be heard quite clearly from the counter area! Convenience and their late night hours are the only reason I continue to use the pharmacy."
