"Have used this pharmacy for my prescriptions for a few years, it was a good service to begin with but has totally gone downhill. Staff are very slow to come forward or even acknowledge you, often don't have the items you need, last week couldn't find me on the system even though all my scripts go there then today was the final straw, saw a gp at 8.30 am went to collect at 11.30 which seemed like a reasonable period of time to wait, the girl was very rude and seemed to want an argument, said my script won't be ready til 4, when I asked why she just said you can have your script and take it elsewhere, wow! So I did just that will not be using them anymore, most of the people I know in the area have had very similar experiences. Very unprofessional!!!"

"I use this pharmacy for my repeat prescription and find them efficient and the staff are helpful and friendly. My only criticism is that it is closed all weekend. I think they should consider opening at least Saturday morning to coincide with the Health centre."

"25 minutes wait with a poorly child, then when she finally appeared she hovered it in front of me while she was gossiping with a colleague, I had to interrupt and ask if I could actually have it! and then they only have half the amount and ‘owe you’ the rest. Fair enough they can’t have stock in all the time but this owing business has happened 4 times now Rude staff, incredibly slow Go to boots"

"Rude staff. Treat you like scum. Not what you want when you're well, let alone poorly. Would rather be chronically sick than have to visit that hole again. Boots is across the road, and the staff are a million times nicer. Go there."
