All Iceland

"I reached out to a few firms that deal with tours to Iceland, and I found the team at all iceland to be the most friendly, professional and always on the ball. we like the fact that they organised a hotel tours and flights. They provided us with an itinerary that included the things that we wanted to do and were very flexible when discussing our ideas and making changes to the itinerary. We had a fabulous time in Iceland and enjoyed the hotel that they recommended and the dinner they booked for us. We went over Christmas so it was better for us to book, but they also recommended other places to go to eat. we found the people in Iceland very friendly just like the all iceland team. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, we went on the golden circle tour, we enjoyed the sky lagoon and the blue lagoon, had a very fun folklore walking tour, and we enjoyed the Perlan museum and ice hiking . All in all I would thoroughly recommend all iceland if you are planning to go to that beautiful country."

"When we decided to go to Iceland we decided that a tour would help us to get the best out of our holiday and booked the Northern Lights Exploration tour through All-Iceland in UK. We found them very responsive with my initial enquiry providing all the information we needed by email in order to make our booking with them. Once confirmed they supplied information of our flight needed just after booking to enable us to enter passport information and reserve seats using Icelandair website. The vouchers and confirmed itinerary showing our operator in Iceland was emailed to us a couple of weeks prior to departure listing hotels, flight and flybus information for transfer from the airport. By using the information/vouchers supplied we arrived at our hotel in Reykjavik (Klettur) for our first night. After breakfast we were picked up by GJ Travel Iceland to start our 6 day tour who provided the most excellent tour as arranged. I have done a separate posting fo GJ Travel Iceland but wanted to ensure that All-Iceland also get recognition for the arrangements. Finally I feel that I should say something relating to food and drink costs in Iceland as that was the thing many people pointed out to us when we said where we were going (most comments based on hearsay rather than experience) Whilst more expensive than UK prices, the quality of meals was superb and sizes were substantial draft beer cost appearing to be reasonable in the hotels. The whole experience is worth the extra investment so don’t be deterred by this."

"We just returned from a wonderful trip to Iceland. It is a great destination, but I would not advise booking though all Iceland. Our personalized self drive itinerary lacked directions to our hotels and they were slow to get back to me about extras. The "personalized northern lights" itinerary also seemed to be designed for summer travel, advising us to take our time at places which was unrealistic given the number of daylight hours. They also were supposed to have made us seat reservations for our flight on Wow. The only seat assignment on the revised booking they sent through was for my six year old daughter, and when questioned about it they assured me the reservation was for everyone. When we turned up at the airport, only my daughter had a seat reservation. I contacted them and asked them to make sure we had seat reservations for the way back. I was assured we did, only to show up at the airport and be told we didn't. Had we been any farther back in the queue we would not have been able to sit together, a bit of a problem when traveling with a six and eight year old. Good travel agents add value to a booking and provided excellent information. All Iceland booked us good hotels, but the information was poor and I wish I had booked it myself - I would have done a better job."
