"I wanted to get my wife’s name added to the deed of our house. This company were very helpful particularly Kirsten. A local solicitor to me quoted 3 times more to do the same work. This company were very reasonably priced. Only problem was it took nearly four months to completed but that was because of the Land Registry dragging their feet. Presumably still working from home? However that was not the fault of Woodgate & Co. I would definitely recommend and should i need to use a solicitor again these would be my first port of call."
