"Absolutely rubbish service all the time. 1. Solicitors are rubbish, not helpful, not bothered about the case. 2. Receptionist is rude, not helpful doesn't even know what hashes talking about. 3. Got appointed a new solicitor, he was falling asleep while talking and shouted at his clients! No patience. 4. They can't do anything correctly and are lazy in their dealings. They disrespect people who cant speak English well and take advantage of the Legal Aid money they get. Do not use them, you will regret it!!"
