As a novice wanting to to start wing foiling Andy was Very generous with his time and gave gave very honest advice. I received great advice on the phone only enhanced when I visited the store. He has a great range and will make sure to get the right kit for your standard and budget. A very genuine business who I will be returning to whenever I need advice and equipment."

"Sadly I have to leave a bad review due to a very poor experience. I ordered an item from their website that was listed as "in stock." Turns out it wasn't. I subsequently called the shop and requested a refund. Instead they sent me a different product, which I did not at any time ever request. And then I still did not get the refund. Upon calling the shop and asking for the refund they said they had already sent me a replacement product and to quote "that is not how retail works." I think they need to learn how refunds work! I explained I had never requested the alternative product they sent and only ever wanted a refund. Their response was that if I sent the product I never asked for back to them (at my own expense) only then would they refund it. Along with telling me: "And only if you do not purchase anything from us again." Nice! Although of course after such terrible service, and a refund that is costing me money, the feeling is mutual. In the end I have returned the product at my own expense, and they have finally refunded me. All in all a very bizarre way of treating a customer! So be warned. Firstly, their website lists stock that is not necessarily in stock. And secondly, it will cost you time and more money to try and get a refund. And thirdly, along the way, they will bizarrely blame you for the issue and will be very unpleasant to deal with. Sad but true."
