Learn How Training:

"Staff very unfriendly upon initial arrival. Chatting amongst themselves left standing with no acknowledgement. Eventually I was given a menu. Ordered food it was the wrong dish. The server was not pleased and took it as an affront that I dared to tell her she took an incorrect order. Food expensive and not great value at all. This was not my first visit and each time it's been the same. Real attitudes on staff. The only saving grace was there was one lady who was super helpful. I found this experience awful because the rude staff member made a big thing of cleaning and clearing around my table in a passive aggressive way making me feel I had to leave quickly. It was not busy so there was no need for that. I will NEVER forget this last visit and would not recommend the poor service and the unfriendly manner and tone from the rude staff members. I was looking forward to a nice meal with a view and I do not thi k it is a lot to adk of staff to get acknowledged when you are spending your hard eRnex cash in the establishment."

"Great store for getting tack etc. A bit pricey but the service is usually quite good, always someone there to help, and the selection is pretty good. Berney is the best, nobody can beat her helpfulness and knowledge, but there's a lot of other amazing people working there too."
