"Had a great time until my partner was asked to leave by a female security guard to which I asked why. She refused to tell us as she said it was confidential. I offered to move away so she could tell him why he had to leave but, again, she refused. She then said to me “I’m done talking to you” and pushed with both hands out of the smoking area and slammed the gates in my face. I emailed in a complaint about her and was told that it would be looked into but have yet to be met with a reply about what will be happening. Absolutely appalled by the way this was handled considering I was not aggressive or abusive in the slightest to have had this done to me."
