"Absolutely shocking experience. Dropped UPS parcels off to an argumentative, rude and arrogant person who took offence to my packaging. All pouches are professional and designed for labelling parcels. Problem is that this shop didn't purchase the proper UPS equipment and are using a mobile phone and app. Maybe invest in the proper equipment instead of being patronising and condescending to customers. I even asked this guy to stop arguing as i have recent blood pressure isues and he carried on. I took my parcels to Johnsons further along the road who were polite and had the correct equipment. They had no trouble scanning my parcels in seconds."
"Returned a parcel today as this is a UPS access point. Really straightforward and he was so polite and helpful. Google does not highlight this as a UPS access point and the one it did was just awful."
