"Shocking each and every time I've been unfortunate to need their services. Rude. Abrupt. How can a business expect to their when they are so uninterested in their customers? One occasion I tried to return a parcel, the woman serving couldn't be bothered- telling me the parcel was too big. Which was not true. Just couldn't be bothered. If in could leave less than one star I would. UPS and Evri are possibly the only thing driving people through the door."
"Really the wrong attitude towards customers. Parcel collection and drop off is a "trial" in itself. EVRI should be made aware of the reception their customers get at this place."
"Only been in this shop twice, both times to return the same package through UPS and both times the woman serving refused to accept the package even though I had followed the instructions given. I found her extremely rude and lazy and if I could give the shop minus stars I would. Totally agree with most of the comments here, I certainly won't be back!"

"I did wonder why this shop has such a low rating. Then I visited! The lady serving is extremely rude. She kept me waiting at the till, although I was the only person in the shop, while she rearranged the milk in the fridge. When I politely asked if I could return a Hermes parcel there she snapped at me that she would be there in a few minutes and carried on rearranging the milk! Needless to say I won't be returning."
