"Very rude staff. Evri machine would let you fill out all parcel details then wouldn’t accept payment, I found a staff member to ask for help and their response was “oh yeah the card machine doesn’t work”, when I asked how I can pay for my postage she said “online” and walks off, leaving me to figure it out. When I finally paid online, printed the label, queued up to hand over the parcel, the lady was very rude, rolled her eyes and looked as if she couldn’t be bothered. Certainly won’t be going back to post anything else."
