"Booked the gin tasting boat cruise for a hen 10 months in advance, only for them to email and cancel 1 week before due to them not having enough people on board "it would cost them too much on diesel ect"!! I'm sorry, but that is business, you can't cancel last minute if you think it's not worth the money.. We paid for a service up front and deserved to use it!"
