"Absolutely waste of time, money and resources. So where to start... 1) placing order. Called them to get quote on stock item. Was waiting 3 days for call back. 2) picking up order... Waiting for 45min as no one knows where it was... 3) product - should be unsorted softwood - give precise what I need it for. I get wood literally covered in resin... 4) after sales customer service - non existent. Still waiting for someone to cameback with any solution... 3 weeks now. Avoid them at any cost. Will not use them even if they will be last timber supplier in 100 mile radius."
