"Had acrylic nails removed here and they absolutely wrecked my natural nails taking it off. The drill used left grooves in my nails and they drilled too hard, leaving my nails too thin and flimsy. It was painful whilst they were being removed making me flinch and the tech kept saying sorry but not changing his technique. I've been left with extremely thin, sensitive nails with grooves and they're not even filed evenly. Do not recommend unless you want to be left with painful damaged nails."

"It was the first time I used their services for natural, simple manicure and pedicure. The English is not perfect but that wasn't a problem. For pedicure they put you in a massage chair whilst your feet are soaking, which is lovely. The work was done very professionally and great care. I will definitely go back again."
