"Never go there again went in with picture of the nails my daughter wanted they said this blue be the best for what she wanted when finished they was nothing like what she wanted as they should of been a darkish blue and they came out light blue and looked awful so I said I wasn't happy with it she stood up shouting and pointing at me said that's what I wanted then the others staff started shouting at me so I told her to mind her own business so they started talking bout us in there own language and she also started filming me she was very abrupt when I said I wasn't happy to pay £40 for something I wasn't happy with so she took them off started mumbling under her breath she made my daughters fingers bleed very unprofessional will never go there again"

"NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Where do I even begin.... went in for a pedicure I got sat straight into the seat thinking it was about to begin to then get my toes painted first (very badly I may add as he added 5_6 layers of shellac and a day later my £40 pedi was coming off! He then put my feet into the water after the shellac application! Rude bizarre and bad service is a understatement. 24 hours in my nails have snapped and I now have a nail infection !! The shop is unwelcoming the staff blatantly speak badly about you in they're language when you ask them to correct something im now sat on holiday with badly done nails and toes in agony ! Please avoid girls."

"Edit: Went back for a pedicure and the lady cut my foot twice and my nails are uneven. I won't be coming back here now and there was no acknowledgement they were in the wrong. First time coming to a walk in nail place and wasn't sure what to expect. Sat straight down and got on with it. Checked colours, price and shape regularly. I was impressed with my nails and will definitely be going back"
